AAMS Leadership: The Board of Directors of l'Association des Acadiens-Métis Souriquois (AAMS)


The AAMS is governed by a Board of Directors that are elected for a two (2) year term.  The AAMS strives to have Director representation from as many Acadian-Métis communities as possible.

The AAMS began processing membership applications in July 2008 and, as of January, 2011, the membership list was comprised of 345 card-bearing members. In order for the AAMS to be recognized as a legitimate advocate for Acadian-Métis communities, AMMS must continue to grow its membership and increase its numbers substantially.  If you are at least 16 years of age and believe that you qualify for AAMS membership, please submit an application form.
